International gemological laboratories, such as the GIA, IGI, and HRD, use the term "Lab Grown Diamond," a diamond crystallized in a laboratory, or a laboratory-grown diamond. You will find these terms on all international certificates. In France, the law requires the use of the term "Synthetic Diamond."
It takes a few weeks to two months, depending on the size and color, to create a diamond in a laboratory.
The lab grown diamond does not exhaust the resources of the earth's crust, no mine, no aspiration of the seabed. It is not associated with conflict diamonds or poor working conditions. One carat of a diamond mined requires 6 to 7,000 liters of water and emits around 160 kg of CO2. A carat of lab grown diamond using energy sources such as nuclear or solar requires one liter of water and emits less than 20 kg of CO2.
The only difference between a mined diamond and a lab grown diamond is its origin. They are both composed of carbon and have the same optical, physical and chemical characteristics.
All lab grown diamonds purchased on the Exquisite Lab Diamonds website are delivered with their international gemological certificate. If the lab grown diamond has been mounted as a piece of jewelry by the House, it will be delivered with its gemmological certificate in the same way.

Yes you can buy a lab grown diamond on its own, it is called a “loose lab grown diamond”.
Setting is an option at Exquisite Lab Diamonds and if you change your mind, you can have your setting made whenever you want.
Simply let us know by email your wish for a gift presentation.
Attach to this email the text that will accompany the gift. The invoice for your order will be sent to you by email without the recipient being aware of it.
We make free deliveries in France and Europe. For deliveries outside the European Union, please contact us for more information.

Yes, you can order a setting, without purchasing a lab-grown diamond, from Exquisite Lab Diamonds.
Your custom jewelry is manufactured within 6 to 8 weeks, except for special orders or special cases.
Your custom-made jewelry is made in France and the diamond-shaped workshop hallmark affixed to your jewelry will be your guarantee.
An engraving can be considered on the internal part of the ring, unless the jewel does not allow it. Simply point this out when developing the project. The text must be short. The standard price is 45€.
