Creating custom jewelry can be done remotely in 4 steps:
1/Your idea, our expertise: Share your project with us (inspirations, sketches, visual supports) and we will provide a personalized, no-obligation quote.
2/Once you accept the quote, we will create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing of your jewelry.
3/ After adjustments and validation of the design, the jewelry goes into production in our French workshops. This is artisanal and traditional French craftsmanship.
4/ Delivery of your jewelry. After quality control, your jewelry is ready to be sent. It is carefully prepared in its case and packaging for delivery under the best security conditions.
Customized jewelry is made from an existing setting where you choose options such as: the color of the gold, the choice of laboratory-grown diamond (shape, color, weight, and budget), and, of course, your size.

Lab-grown diamonds: delivery usually takes 8 to 14 days within the European Union. Custom or personalized jewelry: as each piece is handcrafted on demand, the lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. We will keep you informed at each step to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Maison Exquisite Lab Diamonds makes your shipments a priority.
All our shipments are fully insured until delivery of the package. We work with international carriers specializing in the transport of valuable goods (such as Malca-Amit, FedEx, Ferrari or La Poste with Declared Value), known for their experience.
Before each shipment, you are contacted and informed of the delivery terms, with dedicated tracking. Most carriers communicate a delivery date, without a precise time slot, which requires presence at the reception location on the day of delivery.
When placing your order, you can specify a delivery address different from the billing address, which will appear on your invoice.
